  12. Fry all things very well.add chopped coriander.pour 2 cup of water..
  13. Lid pressure pan. Cook it 10 minutes in high flame,then cook 5 minutes in slow flame.remove it from the flame..
  14. Keep it a side.let it cool..
  15. Now make a smokey tempring for the mutton.take a small pan add ghee let it hot add chopped garlic & 2 clove,Fry it till brown.add this tempring in the mutton.lid it for 10 miniutes..
